Warranty & Return Policy

Disclaimer

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages along with photos promptly to Shop Office Chairs by e-mail at chairteam@shopofficechairs.com. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save all packaging until the 30 day trial period has ended in the case of needing a return. All returns MUST be authorized by Shop Office Chairs, which will advise you as to return authorization and arrange for pickup of any damaged merchandise.

If your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame please let us know immediately, we cannot be responsible for claims filed more than thirty days after the delivery period.

Warranty

Our standard warranty is three (3) year from the date of purchase. Some products have an optional longer warranty; please check your specific product page for more information. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and please report any defects to Shop Office Chairs within one week after delivery so we can send you replacement. “Defects”, as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.

All Shop Office Chairs warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall Shop Office Chairs be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover:

(1) defects caused by improper assembly; (2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence; (3) normal wear and tear due to age; and (4) labor or assembly costs.

Return and Exchange Policies

Please email our customer service team at chairteam@shopofficechairs.com to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by Shop Office Chairs before returning the merchandise.

You must have the original packaging for return shipping. Failure to keep original packaging will result in a refusal of initiating a return. The 30-day trial and exchange policy only apply for customers whose addresses are in the 48 contiguous US states. Within the 30-day trial, Shop Office Chairs will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in the original packaging and in “like new” condition.

Shop Office Chairs reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.

Exchanges are only accepted within the 30-day trial period. You will need the original packaging to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges within the 30-day trial period are limited to one per customer. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at chairteam@shopofficechairs.com for further details.

30-Day Trial (United States Only)

The only way to fully experience the performance of our product is to try them at your home/ office. With our 30-day trial, you can order our products, work with it and if you don’t love it, we will take it back and give you the full refund.

Within the first 30 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for return our product if you don’t like it for any reason. We cover return shipping and refund you the full amount you paid for your order. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued by our Customer Care Department. Please email us at chairteam@shopofficechairs.com to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. You must return the product in its original packaging. So please do not discard the original boxes and packaging materials if you believe you will be using your 30-day trial.

In case your order has different products which are delivered in different days, please note that each product has their own 30-day trial period from its actual delivery date.

The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging. Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period, and must be in like-new condition. Shop Office Chairs reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days. If you choose the assembly service, please note that assembly service fee is non-refundable.

Shipping

US (Contiguous 48 states) Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.  When you’re ready to complete your order, simply input your address and you will see the shipping & handling fee. Once it ships, it usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information located in your Shipment Confirmation email. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us.
